The Admin Manager shall implement/draft administrative policies/procedures and provide the administrative management on head office/school environment, asset maintenance/ renovation, head office/school maintenance & renovation, school bus management and canteen management for NTC Group’s headquarter and campus.

Principle Accountabilities:

  • To draft, monitoring and evaluate all policy and procedure to ensure effective implementation within NTC Group.
  • To organize all events as required and proposed by to ensure the good images of the organization as a whole.
  • To plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.
  • To build good liaison with local authority and government officials to ensure everything is compliance with the law and regulation.
  • To prepare administrative policies and procedures to manage NTC Group’s Administrative effectively.
  • To manage the head office and school’s discipline, safe, and cleanliness, included (decoration, field trip, baby sitter and cook) to compliance with NTC Group standard, policies and procedures.
  • To monitor with regard to logistic arrangement for national and international event, formal and informal meeting to be smoothly and effectively.
  • To manage all canteen’s operations to compliance with policy/procedure and agreement.
  • To manage all school bus’s operations to ensure they are compliance with rule and regulation up on our agreement.
  • To manage head office and school’s maintenance, decoration and renovation (electricity, water supply, air-condition…) to be standard, cleaned, hygiene and safe.
  • To maintain Head Office and School’s assets and equipment to be effective, repaired and stored.
  • Perform Other Tasks Assigned by Supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Master degree in business administration/management or related field;
  2. At least 4 years in administrative (with education institution is a plus);
  3. Good negotiation and influencing skills;
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Good command in English of both spoken and written;
  6. Working knowledge of school administrative/operations;
  7. Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
  8. Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  9. Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
  10. Strong commitment to diversity;
